Abstract:
This thesis explores the rise of boutique hotels in Iran through a case study of Haft Peykar Boutique Hotel. It examines how traditional architecture and modern design combine to sha-pe unique guest experiences. Using interviews and on-site observation, the research analyzes spatial design, aesthetics, and tourism trends, showing how such spaces reflect evolving social values in Iran.
