The Offer of Services by Salesperson - an Example of the Offer
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nabídku služeb České pošty, s. p. obchodním zástupcem. V práci jsou analyzovány poskytované služby České pošty, s. p., které zákazníci nejčastěji využívají a jejich komparace se službami konkurenčních společností. Dále popisuje postup tvorby a realizace nabídky služeb České pošty, s. p., které obchodní zástupce nabízí jednotlivým zákazníkům.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the offer of services of Česká pošta, s. p. made by a salesperson. The thesis provides the reader with the analysis of services of Česká pošta, s. p. which are most often used by customers, and comparison of those services with services of other rival companies.
