Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je vzdělávání v Armádě České republiky a to konkrétně v oblasti vzdělávání vojáků pracujících s informačními a komunikačními systémy, používanými Armádou České republiky. V úvodu je charakterizována osobnost vojáka, fyzické, psychické a zdravotní předpoklady, kodex vojáka. Následuje popis komunikačních a informačních systémů, výčet nejdůležitějších dokumentů, dotýkajících se práce s těmito systémy, struktury velení a řízení, včetně technických prostředků používaných k práci. Je představen systém vzdělávání v Armádě České republiky, organizační struktura vzdělávacího zařízení Velitelství výcviku - Vojenská Akademie s následným výčtem kurzů zaměřených na komunikační a informační systémy, které má toto zařízení ve své kompetenci. Cílem výzkumného šetření je analyzovat efektivitu vzdělávání vojáků v oblasti komunikačních a informačních systémů.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is education in the Army of the Czech Republic, specifically in the field of training soldiers working with information and communication systems used by the Army of the Czech Republic. The introduction characterizes the personality of the soldier, physical, mental and health prerequisites, the code of the soldier. Following is a description of communication and information systems, a list of the most important documents concerning the work with these systems, command and control structures, including the technical means used to work. The system of education in the Army of the Czech Republic is presented, the organizational structure of the training facility of the Training Headquarters - Military Academy, followed by a list of courses focused on communication and information systems, which this facility has in its competence. The aim of the research is to analyze the effectiveness of training soldiers in the field of communication and information systems.
