Abstract:
Tato disertační práce je zaměřena na zjištění druhu, frekvence a objemu pohybové aktivity, zdravotního stavu a tělesné zdatnosti u respondentů středního a staršího věku. Celkem 1234 osob středního a staršího věku vyplnilo dotazník pohybové aktivity a zdravotního stavu. Abstract:
The dissertation thesis is focused on the general physical fitness determination, as well as the frequency, type and intensity of physical activity and health condition of middle-aged and older respondents. A total of 1234 middle aged persons and senior citizens have filled in physical activity forms.
