The development of towns and villages in suburbanized areas

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je cílena na zhodnocení a poukázání závažnosti dopadů suburbanizace skutečných obcí Středočeského kraje. Teoretická část diplomové práce je cílena na charakterizování základních pojmů v procesu suburbanizace. Součástí je také vysvětlení důležitosti a souvislosti s dokumentací strategickou a plánovací. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje charakteristiku a demonstraci jednotlivých projevů suburbanizace na skutečné obce ve Středočeském kraji. Prostřednictvím vhodně zvolené kombinace nejrůznějších prostředků pro získání informací vyústila praktická část v názorný přehled velkého množství situací, jež mohou nastat v suburbanizovaných oblastech. Z důvodu vysoké úrovně komplexnosti byly jednotlivé situace rozčleněny do třech kategorií. Realizace terénního šetření přinesla velké množství dat, tato data jsou komparována a vyhodnocována na základě závažnosti, řešitelnosti a ovlivnitelnosti dalších potencionálních jevů.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the evaluation and highlights the severity of the impact of suburbanization on the actual municipalities in the Central Region. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the characterization of basic concepts in the process of suburbanization. Also included is an explanation of the importance and context of the documentation and strategic planning. The practical part contains a demonstration of each characteristic manifestations of suburbanization on a real village in the Central Region. Through well-chosen combination of various means to obtain information led to the practical part of the schematic overview of a large number of situations that may occur in suburbanized areas. Due to the high level of complexity of the individual situations are broken down into three categories. Implementation of field investigation brought large amounts of data, these data are compared and evaluated based on the severity, feasibility and potential susceptibility of other phenomena.
