Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou řízení skladových zásob výrobní firmy, která vyrábí dětské hřiště. Teoretická část se zabývá především pojmem zásoby. Jejich rozdělení a řízení nákupu. Dále jsou zde vysvětleny pojmy skladování a optimalizace skladování. Praktická část se věnuje samotné analýze řízení zásob v daném podniku. Struktuře zásob, a jejich průběh skladem od nákupu po vyskladnění.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of inventory management of a manufacturing company that produces playground equipment. The theoretical part deals mainly with the concept of inventory. Their distribution and purchasing management. Furthermore, the concepts of warehousing and warehouse optimization are explained.
