Diplomová práce analyzuje problémy související se zavedením systému jakosti ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. Obsahuje teoretická fakta a návrh postupu zavádění systému jakosti ve společnosti včetně přihlášení firmy k certifikaci.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis analyses issues concerning the introduction of quality system in selected business entities. It contains theoretical facts and itroduction system procedure design (proposal) including company registration for certification.
