Backstage of Theatre- customs, rituals and gender.

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabývám tím, jakým způsobem funguje a vypadá zákulisí divadla. Společně s tím, co se v něm děje. Ve dvou divadlech v Praze popisuji menší činoherní divadlo, druhé větší, které je muzikálové. Snažím se zachytit temperamenty a smýšlení herců, společně s tím, jak fungují přípravy na představení, jaké zvyky a rituály si jednotlivě, ale i společně vytvořily, a snažit se zachytit, jaká je problematika genderu v pracovní oblasti.

Abstract:

In my bachelor´s work, I will address a way how theater works behind the scenes, and also what is happening backstage. In two of Prague theaters I´ll descript a small performance, and the second that is bigger, and its musical. I try to catch temperament and thinking of actors, also how preparations on plays are made. I will describe what habits and rituals they created separately and together, and picture issues of gender in work Place.
