Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh novostavby bytového domu s prodejnou a kancelářemi v městské proluce v Českých Budějovicích. Objekt je navržen s nízkou spotřebou energie s integrovanými prvky zeleně, které přinášejí pozitivní vliv na kvalitu ovzduší, chrání konstrukce před povětrnostními podmínkami a zároveň zlepšují vnitřní klima samotné budovy. Důvod a nutnost navrhování ozeleněných staveb, jejich dělení, historie i současnost je popsána v teoretické části práce. Aplikační část je zaměřena na konkrétní stavbu ve vybrané lokalitě, s návrhem architektonické studie a dále na vypracování projektové dokumentace ve stupni projekt pro provádění stavby včetně charakteristických detailů. Součástí práce je tepelně technické posouzení navržených charakteristických konstrukcí. Výsledkem diplomové práce je návrh objektu, který by v případě realizace mohl svojí funkcí přispět k atraktivnosti vybrané lokality a k řešení problému s nedostatkem bytových jednotek.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the design of new apartment building with a store and offices in the city gap in České Budějovice. The building is designed with a low energy consumption with integrated elements of greenery, which have a positive impact on air quality, protection of the structure from the wind conditions and at the same time they improve the indoor climate of the building. The reason and necessity of designing green constructions, their division, history and present are described in the theoretical part of the thesis. The application part is focused on specific construction in the selected location with the design of an architectural study. This part is also focused on elaboration with project documentation in the project phase for the implementation of constructions including characteristics details. Another part of the thesis is the thermal technical assessment of the proposed characteristic constructions. The result of the diploma thesis is the design of an object, which, in the case of implementation, could with its function contribute for an attractiveness of selected locations and solve the problem of lack housing units.
