Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Řešení pojistných podvodů v kooperaci s centralizovaným informačním systémem stanic technické kontrol a s centrálním registrem vozidel“ se zabývá stále narůstajícím počtem řešených pojistných podvodů, týkajících se zejména pojištění povinného ručení vozidel. Práce se zaměřuje především na vazby mezi pojistiteli, Českou kanceláří pojistitelů, policií ČR a Českou asociací pojišťoven, řešících pojistné události, zejména pak na ty, u kterých je vyšší předpoklad vzniku pojistného podvodu. Poukazuje na práci oddělení likvidace, techniků pojišťoven, znalců a zejména na podklady využitelné k likvidaci dané škody, přičemž nezapomíná na práci v oddělení registru vozidel a metodiku stanic technické kontroly, jejichž součástí je i pořizování fotodokumentace. Praktická část práce obsahuje ukázku nahlášení skutečné škodné události, řešené z pojištění odpovědnosti provozu vozidla viníka. Následuje sběr dokladů k šetření, zejména fotodokumentace, která se ukáže jako klíčová. Právě ona dokumentace prokáže neoprávněný nárok poškozeného. V závěru diplomová práce přichází s návrhem úpravy metodiky pro dokládání fotodokumentace k pojištěným vozidlům, nastavení metodiky při spolupráci České Kanceláře Pojistitelů, pojišťovnami a Ministerstvem dopravy, které je správcem centrálního informačního systému. Důležitou součástí je představení neustálého zdokonalování prevence pro předcházení vzniku pojistného podvodu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis called „Solving insurance frauds in cooperation with centralized information system of technical control administrated by MOT stations and central register of vehicles” focuses on increasing amount of insurance frauds on MTPL related insured events. The text examines bonds between insurers, Czech Insurers’ Bureau, Czech police and Czech Insurance Association who concentrate on claims handling, especially when there is higher danger of insurance fraud. Furthermore it points out the work of claims handlers, insurance technicians, experts and what materials are necessary for an insurance claim. At the same time concerns also with vehicle register department and methods of technical control stations which is for example taking pictures of vehicles. The analytical section presents a practical example of an insurance event, being handled from one’s MTPL insurance. Collection of necessary documents, photos in particular shows itself as crucial in claim denial. Lastly the thesis comes up with a suggestion to improve methods of producing evidence of insured vehicles as well as bonds between Czech Insurance Association, insurance companies, and the Ministry of transport which administrates central information system. An important role plays prevention of insurance frauds.
