Abstract:

Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na analýzu trhu z pohľadu spoločnosti CarTec Group, a.s., ktorá v rámci automobilového priemyslu pôsobí v oblasti predaja a služieb. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti, a to teoretickú a praktickú. Prvá polovica je zameraná na teóriu a základné znalosti nevyhnutné pre spracovanie praktickej časti práce. Úlohou teoretickej časti je objasniť systém analyzovania vonkajšieho prostredia a popísať spôsob, akým by jednotlivé faktory mohli ovplyvniť firmu a jej rozhodovanie. V druhej polovici práce je tento teoretický základ aplikovaný na konkrétnu spoločnosť. Úvod praktickej časti patrí stručnému predstaveniu spoločnosti, po ktorom nasledujú jednotlivé analýzy externého prostredia.

Abstract:

The bachelors thesis is focused on market analysis from the perspective of CarTec Group a.s. which operates in automotive industry primary in the area of sales and services. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical part. The first part is focused on the theory and essential knowledge necessary for the other – practical part of thesis. The role of theoretical part is to clarify the system of external environment analysis and describes how factors may influence the company and its decision making. In the second part of the thesis there is theoretical basis applied on a specific company. The introduction of the practical part belongs to a brief presentation of the company followed by individual analyses of the external environment.
