Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozbor sankcí v daňovém řízení, jejich vývoj a srovnání sankčních postihů s vybranou zemí Evropské unie. Podává ucelený přehled o předpokládaných změnách.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of sanctions in tax management, their evolution and comparison with the selected penalty sanctions of the European Union. Gives a comprehensive overview of the anticipated changes.
