Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh výměníku tepla speciálně určeného pro proces pasterace mléka. Cílem práce je detailní analýza tepelných požadavků, materiálových vlastností a konstrukčních parametrů výměníku s ohledem na efektivní a ekonomicky výhodný průběh pasterace. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a heat exchanger specifically intended for the milk pasteurization process. The aim of the thesis is a detailed analysis of thermal requirements, material properties, and design parameters of the exchanger with a view to achieving an efficient and economically viable pasteurization process.
