Abstract:
Bakalářskou práci jsem věnovala problematice malnutrice a umělé výživy se zaměřením na všeobecné sestry. Je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a výzkumnou. V úvodu teoretické části krátce připomínám obecné informace o výživě a jejich složkách, včetně základních pojmů výživy. V další kapitole shrnuji poznatky o hladovění a malnutrici. I have dealt with the issue of malnutrition and artificial nutrition, focusing on nurses in this Bachelor thesis. The thesis is divided into two parts, theory and research. The introduction of the thesis I briefly remind the general information about nutrition and their components, including the basic concepts of nutrition.
