Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji studiu tepelné a fázové stability skutteruditu Sr0,07Ba0,07Yb0,07Co4Sb12 typu n, s termoelektrickou účinností přibližně 1,4. Tento materiál byl připraven v několika formách s využitím technik lisování za vysokých teplot, mletí v planetárním mlýnu a torze za vysokého tlaku, nebo jejich kombinací. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis, I focus on the research of thermal and phase stability of skutterudite Sr0,07Ba0,07Yb0,07Co4Sb12 n-type, with figure of merit ZT of approximately 1,4. This material was prepared in several forms using the techniques of hot pressing, ball-milling and high-pressure torsion or their combination.
