Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout zlepšení povodňové ochrany městských částí Uher-ského Hradiště. The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose an improvement of the flood protection of the city districts of Uherské Hradiště. The theoretical part defines the legal framework and basic principles of the population protection, the floods characteristics and the obligation of the administrative authorities to ensure an overall flood protection.
