Managerial Decision-Making in the Process of Expanding Employment Agencies

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá manažerským rozhodováním v procesu rozšiřování lokální personální agentury. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je přijetí rozhodnutí, které povede ke zvýšení celkové hodnoty podniku. Rozhodnutí o zřízení nové pobočky bude podložené výsledky manažerských rozhodovacích metod. Pro zpracování metod ma-nažerského rozhodování budou využity údaje z finančního účetnictví společnosti a od majitelů společnosti. V teoretické části bude pojednáno o trhu práce, budou vymezeny základní pojmy o personálních agenturách a agenturním zaměstnávání. V další kapitole budou představeny metody na podporu manažerského rozhodování. Diplomová práce bude předložena managementu agentury, který na základě jejích výstupů novou po-bočku zrealizuje či nikoli.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with managerial decision-making in the process of expanding the local personnel agency. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to adopt a decision that will lead to an increase in the overall value of the company. The decision to set up a new branch will be based on the results of managerial decision-making methods. Managerial decision-making methods will use data from the company's financial accounts and from the owners of the company. In the theoretical part, the labour market will be discussed, the basic concepts of personnel agencies and agency employment will be defined. The next chapter will introduce methods to support managerial decision-making. The diploma thesis will be presented to the management of the agency, which will implement the new branch based on its outputs or not.
