The Relationship between Foster Families and Their Neighbours - on the Example of Several Families from Pardubice Region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce přibližuje na příkladu několika pěstounských rodin a jejich sousedů, jakým způsobem ovlivňuje pěstounství mezilidské vztahy. Nejprve se zabývá stručnou charakteristikou rozdílů mezi rodinou manželskou a pěstounskou a následně rozebírá jejich vztah v kontextu sousedství. Práce tak v prostředí sousedství pohlíží na městský a venkovský prostor, na etnicitu dítěte a na komunikaci mezi sousedy. Následující část práce je věnována pohledu na pěstouny jako na minoritu, komunitu a neposledně jako na communitas, popsaná V. Turnerem.

Abstract:

This bachelor work depicts on example of several foster families and their neighbours how and in which ways foster care influences interpersonal relations. First part deals with brief characteristic differences between marriage family and the foster family. Afterwards describes directly their relationship in the context of neighbourhood. Theses in this surroundings of neighbourhood looks at urban and countryside environment, ethnicity of foster child and at communication between neighbours. Next part of work inscribe foster parents as minority, community and lastly as communitas as described by V. Turner.
