The adaptation process when you first enter the job, its importance and progress
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na všechny náležitosti adaptačního procesu. Popisuji průběh adaptace, aspekt zaměstnance a společnosti, formy řízení a nástroje adaptačního procesu. V praktické části spolupracuji s konkrétní osobou a popisuji adaptační proces v praxi.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis is diveded into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with all requirement of adaptation process. I describe process of adaptation, aspect of employee and company, forms of proceeding and instruments of adaptation process. In the practical part I cooperate with the employee of BrE employment office and describe adaptation process in practise.
