Importance of Hematological Parameter Ret-He (Reticulocyte Hemoglobin Equivalent) in the Laboratory Diagnosis.
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je stanovit význam nového laboratorně diagnostického parametru Ret ? He (hemoglobin v retikulocytech) u různých typů anémií. Včetně parametru Ret ? He jsou u jednotlivých anémií srovnávány tyto parametry: retikulocyty (Ret), hemoglobin (Hb), hemoglobin v erytrocytech (MCH) a střední objem erytrocytů (MCV). V práci je také zjišťována závislost Ret ? He na čase.Abstract:
Aim of this study was describe the new laboratory diagnostic parameter Ret ? He (Retikulocyte Hemoglobin Equivalent) at various types of anemia. Apart from Ret ? He were compare other parameters such as the quantity of reticulocytes (Ret), hemoglobin (Hb), hemoglobin concentration in erythrocytes (MCH) and mean corpuscular volume (MCV).
