Osvětluje metody a mechanismy převodu hlasů na získaná jednotlivá křesla v Poslanecké sněmovně Parlamentu České republiky. The thesis deals with the very beginnings of electoral systems and the mapping of their further development. It then documents the development of the electoral system in the 1990s after the division of Czechoslovakia.
