Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá druhořadými volbami v Norsku, mezi něž řadí volby komunální a volby krajské. V první části jsou představeny teorie volebního cyklu a voleb druhého řádu. Ty poukazují na provázanost druhořadých voleb s děním v prvořadé aréně. Na základě toho pak volební výsledky v druhořadých volbách vykazují určité tendence v porovnání s volebními výsledky v prvořadých volbách. V další části jsou …more

This paper deals with the second-order elections in Norway which includes local and regional elections. In the first part of the paper the theories of the electoral cycle and second-order elections are introduced.
