Autor: Bc. Simona Kudlová Název: Ochrana spotřebitele proti nekalé soutěži. Diplomová práce se zabývá nekalou soutěží ve vztahu ke spotřebiteli. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se nekalé soutěže a spotřebitele. V praktické části je uvedeno několik příkladů nekalé soutěže.

Author: Bc. Simona Kudlová Title: Consumer protection against unfair competition. The thesis is concerned with the unfair competition in relation to consumer. The thesis is divided in two parts. In the theoretical part there are defined basic conceptions relevant to unfair competition and consumer. In the practical part there are presented some examples.
