Abstract:

Vypracovaná bakalářská práce se zabývá majetkovým a odpovědnostním pojištěním podnikatelů a průmyslu na pojistném trhu v České republice. V teoretické části jsem se věnoval historii pojišťovnictví a podnikatelského pojištění. Na závěr první kapitoly uvádím i přehled současné právní úpravy. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny statistické údaje o pojistném trhu v oblasti podnikatelského pojištění s vysvětlením základních a obecných pojmů. V následujících kapitolách jsem se zaměřil na jednotlivá připojištění související s podnikatelskou činností především z obchodního pohledu s odkazem na některé statistiky, které mi pomohly demonstrovat jednotlivé typy připojištění jak z pohledu klienta, tak i pojišťovny. V práci je poukázáno na některé typy doplňkových pojištění a připojištění, která však nejsou standardním typem pojištění, jež podnikatelé využívají k ochraně svých rizik. V neposlední řadě zmiňuji nutnost maximální informovanosti klienta při obchodním jednání o daném pojištění tak, aby mohl v co největší míře eliminovat možná rizika.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with property and liability insurance business and industry in the insurance market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is devoted to the history of insurance and business insurance to the current legislation. Furthermore, these statistical data on the insurance market in business insurance with an explanation of basic and general terms. In the following chapters, I focus on the individual insurance related to business activities and wanted from a business perspective and with reference to some statistics often bring significance of these schemes in terms of both the client and the insurance company. The paper points out the hidden significance of some types of supplemental insurance and insurance within the product for entrepreneurs. Finally, I mention the need for maximum awareness of the client at a business meeting on the insurance, so that entrepreneurs as much as possible to avoid potential risks.
