Diplomová práca sa v teoretickej časti venuje charakteristike, výskytu a osudu perfluórovaných látok vo vodnom prostredí, ako aj legislatíve a metódy stanovenia týchto látok. Nasleduje popis pasívneho vzorkovania a sorbentov (Oasis HLB a MAX, Empore disk Anion-SR, Speedisk DVB, silikónová guma a XAD 7).Zistila sa výťažnosť extrakcie.
