Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením studijních výsledků. Úvodní kapitola teoretické části pohlíží na hodnocení jako na nedílnou součást lidské činnosti. Druhá kapitola uvádí specifika školního hodnocení a zaměřuje se na souvislost mezi hodnocením a vzdělávací koncepcí. Následující kapitola shrnuje různé typy hodnocení včetně typů alternativních. Funkce hodnocení jsou centrem zájmu čtvrté kapitoly. Pátá kapitola zvažuje různé formy hodnocení s důrazem na dvě nejvíce diskutované formy, kterými jsou známkování a slovní hodnocení. Následují kapitoly, které popisují různé hodnotící činnosti a zabývají se jejich použitím ve výuce jazyků. Osmá kapitola je věnována hodnocení ve výuce dospělých. Praktická část této práce obsahuje čtyři případové studie učitelů angličtiny. Cílem kvalitativního výzkumu je popsat nástroje a metody hodnocení, které používají zkoumaní učitelé. Jejich myšlenky a zkušenosti a rovněž výsledky výzkumu, které jsou uvedeny v závěrečné části této práce, mohou být inspirativní také pro jiné učitele

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with assessment of learning outcomes. The introductory chapter of the theoretical part looks at the assessment as an integral part of human activity. Chapter 2 presents specific features of educational assessment and focuses on its connection with educational conception. Following chapter summarizes various types of assessment including the alternative ones. Function of assessment is the focus of Chapter 4. Chapter 5 considers various forms of assessment with emphasis on the two most discussed forms: grading and narrative evaluation. It is followed by chapters describing various assessment activities and dealing with their use in language teaching. Chapter 8 is devoted to assessment in teaching adults. Practical part of this thesis contains four case studies of English language teachers. The aim of the qualitative research is to describe tools and methods of assessment used by the examined teachers. Their ideas and experience as well as the results of the research introduced in the final part of this thesis might be inspirational also for other teachers.
