Business Plan for Establishing Caffé

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro novou kavárnu v Kadani. Teoretická část práce přináší vysvětlení základních ekonomických pojmů souvisejících s vytvořením podnikatelského záměru. Nejprve se zaměřuje na definování podnikání, podnikatele a podniku. Trochu blíže zkoumá živnostenské podnikání, a to z důvodu použití tohoto typu podnikání v analytické části práce. Dále se zabývá jednotlivými položkami podnikatelského plánu a jejich charakteristikou. V analytické části práce se nachází konkrétní podnikatelský záměr, který zkoumá fakta daná zkoumaným prostředím a navrhuje jasná řešení. V analytické části byly použity metody: analýza, OT analýza, cash-flow analýza, finanční plánování a průzkum cílového trhu prostřednictvím dotazníku. V návrhové části práce jsou shrnuty poznatky, ze kterých jsou vyvozeny příslušné důsledky v konkrétních návrzích pro kavárnu v Kadani. Cílem práce je vypracování co nejreálnějšího podnikatelského plánu, který by mohl sloužit jako skutečný podklad pro zahájení podnikatelské činnosti v gastronomickém oboru.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on creating of a business plan for a new café in Kadan. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an explanation of basic economic concepts related to the creation of a business plan. First, it focuses on defining business, entrepreneur and enterprise. It examines entrepreneurship a little closer through the use of this type of business in the analytical part of the work. It also deals with individual items of the business plan and their characteristics. In the analytical part of the thesis, there is a specific business plan, which examines the facts given by the researched environment. It then proposes clear solutions. Following methods are used in the analytical part: analysis, OT analysis, cash-flow analysis, financial planning and research of the target market through a questionnaire. The proposal part of the thesis summarizes the findings. From these relevant results are derived in a form of specific proposals for a cafe in Kadan. The aim of the work is to develop the most realistic business plan, which could serve as a real basis for starting a business in the gastronomic field.
