Flexible home office employment
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce bude pojednávat o problematice práce z domova, jakožto jednoho z benefitů současného zaměstnaneckého poměru. Jejím cílem bude zmapovat výhody a nevýhody práce na dálku. Bude se také snažit zhodnotit možný konflikt práce a soukromého života na home officu a najít strategie efektivního zvládání práce z domova.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis will discuss the issue of working from home, as one of the benefits of the current employment relationship. It will aim to map the advantages and disadvantages of teleworking. It will also seek to assess the potential conflict between work and private life on home office and find strategies for managing work effectively from home.
