Medical rehabilitation plan and process after a traumatic injury of the upper limb in the area of the distal forearm with a median nerve injury

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje problematiku léčebné rehabilitace u traumatického poranění distálního předloktí s poraněním nervus me-dianus. V obecné části jsou popsány anatomické struktury horní konče-tiny, kineziologie horní končetiny, možná traumata na horní končetině a fyziologie hojení ran. Ve speciální části jsou pak rozebrána témata týkající se léčby po traumatu na horní končetině s poraněním perifer-ního nervu. V kazuistice je uveden rehabilitační plán a postup u kon-krétního pacienta po mikrosutuře nervus medianus.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis summarizes the issue of medical rehabilitation in traumatic injury of the distal forearm with median nerve injury. In the general part, anatomical structures of the upper limb, kinesiology of the upper limb, possible traumas to the upper limb and physiology of wound healing are described. In a special section, topics related to treatment after trauma to the upper limb with peripheral nerve injury are discussed. In the case report, the rehabilitation plan and procedure for a specific patient after microsuture of the medial nerve is present-ed.
