Abstract:

Cieľom tejto práce je racionalizovať komunikáciu medzi tímami a ich členmi, a zároveň zabrániť strate produktivity spôsobenej častým vyrušovaním, v prostredí stredne veľkej softvérovej spoločnosti, kde sa zamestnanci snažia adaptovať agílne prístupy. Práca analyzuje interné procesy, ako aj požiadavky a očakávania všetkých zúčastnených strán. Na základe identifikovaných problémov a nedostatkov, implementačná časť práce zahŕňa design a tvorbu nástroja, ktorý má vynútiť dodržiavanie navrhnutého procesu. Práca je realizovaná v spolupráci so spoločnosťou Y Soft Corporation, a.s.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to streamline communication between teams and their members, and to prevent loss of productivity due to frequent interruptions in a mid-size software company, where employers are dealing with adaptation of agile approaches. The thesis analyzes internal processes as well as requirements and expectations of different stakeholders regarding productivity. Based on these identified issues, the implementation part of the work covers design and implementation of a tool, which should enforce the team members to follow the proposed process. This thesis is realized in a cooperation with Y Soft Corporation, a.s.
