Abstract:

Figuralistiku japonského dřevořezu lze rozčlenit na figury klasické malby, obrazy krasavic bidžine neboli také bidžinga, hrdinů mušae a herců divadla kabuki, jež lze rozdělit na podobizny jakušae a výjevy z divadelních scén šibaie. Motivy vytváří malíř gaši, který také stojí za jejich rozvojem. Většina vyobrazovaných postav vycházela z dvorského stylu jamatoe z období Heian, odkud pramení zejména často se opakující typizovaná tvář hikime kagihana, barevnost, plošná dekorativnost, a celkové pojetí figury. Tyto a další znaky se odrážely v pozdějším období ukijo. Vedle tohoto slohu ovšem vznikají také obrazy klasické malby, portréty slavných či heroických postav, žánrové a karikaturní obrázky, které se často inspirují tušovou malbou a do dřevořezu vstupují hlavně jako manuály tvorby. Tato práce přináší jasné a stručné shrnutí současných znalostí o rozvoji japonské figuralistiky v prostředí dřevořezu se zaměřením na nejčastější motivy, nejznámější a nejrevolučnější školy a umělce.

Abstract:

Figures of Japanese woodcut are possible to devide into figures classic painting, pictures of beauties bijine or bijinga, heroes mushae and actoress of kabuki theatre, which is possible to part into portraits jakushae and scenes from performance shibaie. Painter gashi was creating themes, he is the person standing by its developement. Most of displayed figures had come from yamatoe courtly style from Heian period, wherefrom typified face hikime kagihana, coloring, areal decorativeness and general conception of the figure had originated. These and other features were seen in later ukoyo period. However next this styl images of classic paintings, portrait of famous or legendary statures, genres and caricatural are formel. They are often inspired by ink paintings and they enter to woodcut mainly as a manuals of making. This thesis gives clear and concise overview of current knowledge about the development of Japanese figures in woodcut surroundings with focusing on the most common themes, the best known and most revolutionary artists and schools.
