V diplomové práci chci zjistit, jaké kroky lze sestavit pro franchisingovou společnost, aby se mohla rozvíjet a zůstat na trhu, jakými jakými metodami lákají obchodní partnery a jak ovlivňují svůj sortiment a produkty.
