Separation of powers in the constitution of the Czech republic

Abstract:

Dle Ústavy České republiky veškerá moc vychází z lidu, který ji vykonává prostřednictvím moci zákonodárné, výkonné a soudní. Moc zákonodárnou představuje Parlament ČR, dvoukomorový orgán skládající se z Poslanecké sněmovny a Senátu. Moc výkonnou představuje prezident a vláda, tu zosobňuje předseda vlády a jednotliví ministři. Moc soudní představuje Ústavní soud a obecná soustava soudů. Tyto tři složky definuje Ústava ČR na sobě vzájemně nezávislé, což je důležitým principem naší demokracie.

Abstract:

According to the Constitution of the Czech Republic all power emanates from the people, that it is exercised through the power of legislative, executive and judicial. Legislative Power is the Parliament of the Czech republic, two-chamber body consisting of Member's House and the Senate. Executive Power is President and Government, it impersonates the Prime Minister and individual Ministers. Judicial Power is the Constitutional Court and the General Assembly of the courts. These three components defined by the Constitution of the Czech rep. to be independent of one, which is an important principle of our democracy.
