Tato diplomová práce se zabývá daňovou kontrolou. Konkrétně právy a povinnostmi, které klade zejména daňový řád na daňový subjekt při jejím průběhu. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit aktuální stav v oblasti právní úpravy daňové kontroly s využitím judikatury a praktických příkladů. This diploma thesis is dealing with the tax control. Specific rights and duties that puts the Tax code for the taxpayer while it´s in progress. The aim of this study is to assess the current status of the legislation on the tax control using practical examples and case law.
