The subjects of this paper are Bulimia nervosa and Binge eating disorder. It consists of two main parts. The theoretical part is dealing with the most frequent consequences and causes of developing these eating disorders, especially concerning the diets and the focusing of media on ideal bodies. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou Mentálnej bulímie a Záchvatovitého prejedania. Je zložená z dvoch hlavných častí. Teoretická časť prezentuje dôsledky a najčastejšie príčiny rozvoja týchto porúch, so zameraním na kult štíhlosti a redukčné diéty.
