The aim of my thesis was to analyze the management of relations with customer as an interactive process to achieve an optimal balance between company possibilities and satisfaction of customer needs. Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce bolo priblížiť problematiku riadenie vzťahov so zákazníkom, ako interaktívny proces pri dosiahnutí optimálnej rovnováhy medzi možnosťami firmy a uspokojovaním zákazníckych potrieb.
