Abstract:
Vzhledem k neustálému růstu výdajů územních rozpočtů dochází k navyšování přidělených příjmů prostřednictvím sdílených daní. Tato práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jak jsou naplněny dva principy spravedlnosti a určit, který z nich v daných situacích převažuje. Considering the constant growth of expenditures of the local budgets, there is an increase of their income allocated through shared taxes.
