Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se nejprve zabýval syntézou různě substituovaných naftalenkarbaldehydů s allyloxy skupinou v ortho poloze ke karbonylu. Podařilo se mi připravit tři takové látky: 2-allyloxynaftalen-1-karbaldehyd, 1-allyloxynaftalen-2-karbaldehyd a 3-allyloxynaftalen-2-karbaldehyd. 2-allyloxynaftalen-1-karbaldehyd byl připraven jednokrokovou syntézou, zatímco zbylé dva byly syntetizovány …more
Abstract:
Prepairing of initial naphthalene compounds for 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition. Reaction between the 1-allyoxynaphthalene-2-karbaldehyde and secondary amine ethyl 2-(benzylamino)acetate in microwave reactor or in preheating oil bath during temperature 150-250°C.
