Dance as a tool for teambuilding

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce ?Tanec jako pomůcka pro teambuilding? je ukázkou využití uměleckého tance pro konkrétní teambuildingový kurz. V teoretické části je popsán volný čas, tanec jako umění a jeho podrobný vývoj. Dále je uvedena obecná taneční problematika a týmová spolupráce. Následující kapitola se zabývá popisem teambuildingu a jeho vývojem. V praktické části představuji skupinu VIVAjump o.s. a konkrétněji tým oldies, pro který byl vytvořen tanečně-teambuildingový kurz v rámci programu realizovaného od srpna do září roku 2013. Cílem programu bylo využít tanec i teambuildingové aktivity k rozvoji týmu v třídenním kurzu a pomocí další taneční přípravy použít veškeré poznatky ve veřejném divadelním představení. Během trvání celého programu byly s účastnicemi vedeny diskuze, na jejichž základě byl zjišťován přínos kurzu pro tým. V závěru práce se pomocí získaných poznatků věnuji vyhodnocení a shrnutí realizovaného kurzu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Dance as a tool for teambuilding" is an example of the use of artistic dance for a specific team building program. The theoretical part describes leisure, dance as an art and a its detailed development. The general dance issue and teamwork is discussed. The following section describes the teambuilding and its development. In the practical part the group VIVAjump o.s. is presented and more specifically, the team Oldies, for which I subsequently prepared a dance team building program that took place from August to September 2013 in order to use dance as well as teambuilding activities to the development of the team and use all the knowledge in the public theater performances. Another objective was to determine the contribution and benefits of the 3 days course for the dance team from the perspective of the participants through discussions held during the entire duration of the program. Using the acquired knowledge I analyse and summarize the entire program at the end of the thesis.
