Práce v teoretickém úvodu popisuje pojem alternativního řešení sporů (ADR) a rozebírá jeho jednotlivé metody. Popisuje návrh zákona o mediaci a novelu zákona o rozhodčím řízení. Dále se zaměřuje na metody spotřebitelské ADR, přičemž zjišťuje, že ne všechny jsou reálně využívané. Abstract:
The thesis describes the concept of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and it's various methods in the theoretical introduction. It describes the new draft law on mediation and the amendment to the Arbitration Code.
