Analýza lavinových hrozeb v Mlynné dolině v Nízkých Tatrách

The analysis of avalanche threats in Mlynná dolina in the Nízke Tatry Mountains
Abstract:
This thesis deals with mapping and analysis of the avalanche threats in valley Mlynná in the Nízke Tatry Mountains. The emphasis is given on topographic factors influencing avalanche formation. When mapping avalanche paths were used digital terrain model and its derived morphometric parameters. Subsequently were avalanche paths evaluated using GIS and categorized.
Abstract:
Práca sa zaoberá mapovaním a analýzou lavínovej ohrozenosti Mlynnej doliny v Nízkych Tatrách s dôrazom na topografické faktory vzniku lavín. Pri mapovaní lavínových dráh bol využitý digitálny model reliéfu a z neho odvodené morfometrické parametre. Následne boli vymedzené dráhy vyhodnotené pomocou GIS a zaradené do kategórií.
