Abstract:
Cílem práce je přiblížit problematiku daně z nemovitostí, zejména jejich vybraných konstrukčních prvků subjektu daně, základu daně a sazby daně. Práce se zabývá nejen analýzou současného stavu, ale s využitím odborné literatury a internetu hodnotí i aktuálně připravované změny.
Abstract:
The goal of the work is to profile the problems of real estate tax, mainly their selected constructive elements of tax subject, tax base and tax rate. The work deals not only with nowadays analysis but also with currently upcoming changes using the literature and internet.
