Lean production

Abstract:

Cílem dané bakalářské práce je pojednat obecně o ekonomických a případně i dalších aspektech fungování nebo zavádění štíhlých systému a navázat analýzou fungování nebo zavádění v konkrétním podniku. V teoretické části své práce jsem se zaměřila na pojetí štíhlého podniku, jako moderního přístupu managementu, stručně popsala historii rozvoje štíhlého myšlení, pojednala o základních metodách štíhlé výroby a jejich přínosech. V praktické části jsem se zabývala analýzou zavádění principu štíhlých systémů ve výrobním podniku BAEST, a.s., včetně definování vznikajících během implementace problémů a navrhování jejich řešení. Jak se potvrdilo i v praxi, zavádění štíhlé výroby v podniku je třeba pojmout komplexně, přičemž nestačí pouze okopírovat soubor metod z jiných podniků, štíhlé myšlení musí být součástí podnikové kultury a jeho filozofie.

Abstract:

The main goals of the Bachelor's Thesis are: to discuss economic and other eventual aspects of functioning or implementation of the Lean systems; analyze functioning or implementation of Lean production in a certain company. Theoretical part of the Thesis is focused on the concept of lean enterprise, as a modern approach to management, briefly describes the history of the development of lean thinking; it defines fundamentals of lean manufacturing methods and their benefits. The practical part is targeted at analyzing of the implementation process of the lean manufacturing principles in company BAEST, a.s.; it also defines problems occurred during the process of implementation including possible solutions of these problems. As confirmed in practice the implementation of Lean principles in a company should be comprehensive. It's not acceptable just to copy a set of methods from other companies; lean thinking must be part of corporate culture and philosophy.
