Abstract:
Exozomy jsou malé obalené váčky, které jsou vylučovány buňkami. Obsahují širokou škálu molekul, například proteiny a RNA, které jsou schopné přenášet do jiných buněk a tím měnit jejich vlastnosti. Takto je mohou využívat i nádorové buňky a ovlivňovat mikroprostředí nádoru ve svůj prospěch. Napomáhají progresi nádorů, zvýšení angiogeneze, rozšíření metastáz či úniku imunitnímu systému. Abstract:
Exosomes are small membranous vesicles that are secreted by cells. Exosomes contain a large scale of biomolecules, for example proteins and RNA. These can be transferred to recipient cells and change their phenotype. Similarly, tumour cells can use exosomes to alter cells in their microenvironment.
