Multiple sclerosis

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má teoretický charakter. Věnuje se charakteristice roztroušené sklerózy. Zabývá se historií, vznikem, vývojem a etiologií nemoci. Dále se zabývá rizikovými faktory prostředí jako např. kouření, nedostatek vitamínu D a genetickými faktory. Poskytuje informace o rozdělení roztroušené sklerózy do 4 typů průběhů nemoci. Věnuje se dále klinickému obrazu roztroušené sklerózy, diagnostice a nakonec léčbě roztroušené sklerózy. Poslední kapitola bakalářská práce poskytuje informace o prevalenci nemoci ve světě a v České republice.

Abstract:

The bachelor work has theoretical nature. It is devoted to characteristics of multiple Sclerosis. The work deals with history, origins, development and etiology of this disease, risk factors such as environmental, e. g. smoking, vitamin D deficiency, and genetic factors. The work provides information about the division of multiple Sclerosis in 4 types of this disease. It also deals with clinical picture, diagnosis and ultimately treatment of multiple sclerosis. In the last chapter of the thesis information about the prevalence of this disease in the world and in the Czech Republic are mentioned.
