Bakalářská práce primárně řeší problematiku nově medializovaného trendu užívání neindexovaných a velmi často anonymních částí Internetu a kyberprostoru pro libovolné účely veřejnosti, včetně činností přesahujících zákon. The bachelor thesis primarily deals with the issue of the newly publicized trend of using non-indexed and very often anonymous parts of the Internet and cyberspace for any public purposes, including activities beyond the law.
