Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem smluvní modifikace společného jmění manželů. Ve své první části se zaměřuje na současnou právní úpravu společného jmění manželů. Tuto úpravu následně srovnává se změnami, které přináší do českého právního řádu Nový občanský zákoník.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of agreements on the modification of community property of spouses. The first part of the diploma thesis focuses on the present legal regulation of the Community property of spouses. The second part compares this regulation with the changes brought by the new Czech Civil Code.
