Diplomová práce „Aktuální judikatura v doménových sporech“ se zabývá problematikou současných rozhodnutí v oblasti doménových jmen, a to se zaměřením na nedávné rozšíření doménových jmen o nové domény nejvyššího řádu. The thesis "Recent case-law in domain disputes" deals with recent decisions in domain name disputes in the light of current expansion of top-level domain names. In this thesis I analyze the new kind of decisions that deals with delegation of new top-level domain names and related procedural questions.
