Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá klíčovými kompetencemi lektora profesního vzdělávání dospělých. Teoretická část práce nejprve pojednává o širších souvislostech lektorské činnosti se zaměřením na její historii, vývoj a profesionalizaci. Submitted thesis examines the key competencies trainer of professional adult education. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the broader context of teaching with a focus on its history, development and professionalization.
