Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení investičního záměru obce Kateřinice Komunitního domu pro seniory - pomocí vybrané metody analýzy nákladů a přínosů. Práce je také zaměřena na navržení vhodných zdrojů financování projektu, kdy je kromě dotace porovnávána nabídka úvěrů tří bankovních institucí. The aim of this master thesis is to evaluate the investment intention of Kateřinice municipality The Senior's Community House via selected method Cost-benefit analysis. The thesis is also focused on making a proposal of convenient financial sources for the project. Except for the grant, there is a comparison of three offers of banks.
